摘要
着眼于培养创新型、复合型、应用型人才,应用型本科高校工商管理类专业培养目标为着力培养具有较强社会适应能力和竞争能力的高级应用型管理人才。为科学合理评价应用型本科高校工商管理类专业学生的能力,基于职业胜任力素质模型,构建包含4个维度20个要素的应用型本科工商管理类学生的职业胜任力评价模型,运用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)确定其指标权重,并以工商管理类专业毕业生为例,采用FAHP进行职业胜任力评价的实证分析。结果表明,其职业胜任力评价模型具有较强的科学性,评价方法具有非常强的实用性,评价结果较为合理,在应用型本科工商管理类学生的职业胜任力4个维度中权重排序依次为专业能力、双创能力、通用能力和个体能力,要素指标中创新能力、人际交往能力、电脑运用、成就导向、持续学习、快速适应、语言表达、外语应用、经营决策、压力承受等能力较为重要。
An important trend in the development of higher education is to cultivate innovative,compound and application-oriented talents.The goal of business management major in application-oriented undergraduate colleges is to cultivate senior applied management talents with strong social adaptability and competitiveness.To scientifically and rationally evaluate the ability of students in such colleges,this paper constructs a career competence evaluation model including 4 dimensions and 20 elements based on career competence quality model.The model applies fuzzy analytic hierarchy(FAHP)to determine the index weight,and FAHP to conduct an empirical analysis to evaluate career competence by taking some graduates as an example.The results show that the career competence evaluation model is scientific,the method is practical and the result is reasonable.The weight ranking of the four dimensions in career competence is professional ability,innovative and entrepreneurial ability,general ability and individual ability.Innovation ability,social skills,computer application,achievement orientation,continuous learning,quick adaption,language expression,foreign language application,management decision-making,and pressure endurance in the 20 elements are more important.
