摘要
长期以来,工商管理类专业在人才培养过程中,侧重理论教学,或局限于课程内实验,综合性、设计性强的实验实训项目缺乏,不利于培养学生专业技能和创新创业能力。现代信息技术为工商管理类专业开展综合性实训项目提供了可能。基于学生自主学习模式,我们运用信息化手段,构建了一个以制造企业为核心的虚拟商业环境,并对实训内容、实训平台、实训组织模式及学生考核评价体系等开展实训的核心要素进行了设计,取得了良好的实训效果。
For a long time,in the process of talent cultivation,business administration majors focus on theoretical teaching,which is not conducive to the cultivation of students’comprehensive professional skills and innovative entrepreneurship.The development of information technology has made it possible for business administration majors to carry out comprehensive training programs.Based on the students’self-learning model,we use information technology to build a virtual business environment with manufacturing enterprises as the core.We have designed the core elements of comprehensive training,such as training content,training platform,training organization model and student assessment system,and achieved good training results.
