摘要
现代学徒制是西方经济发达国家校企协同的典型模式,与各国的教育实际状况、经济发展的需求密不可分,是经过市场和时间检验的一种比较成熟的职业人才培养模式,也是我国高等职业教育改革的重要举措。从现代学徒制的内涵入手,阐述了"多层次、分段式"现代学徒制人才培养模式的内容,即校企协同制定培养方案,构建现代学徒制的课程体系,实施"分段式"人才培养,导师组建设,制度建设以及建立评价体系,形成职业院校、企业、学生、社会多赢的局面。
The modern apprenticeship system is a typical model of school-enterprise cooperation in western developed countries,which is closely related to the actual situation of education and the needs of economic development in various countries.It is a more mature vocational talents cultivation model tested by market and time,and an important measure of higher vocational education reform in China.Starting from the connotation of modern apprenticeship system,the paper expounds the content of"multi-level and segmented"modern apprenticeship system talents cultivation mode,that is,the school and the enterprise make the training plan,construct the curriculum system of modern apprenticeship system,carry out"segmented"talents cultivation,mentor group construction,system construction and establish the evaluation system,and form the situation of win-win among vocational schools,enterprises,students and the society.
