摘要
随着电子商务促进中国经济增长的作用日益突出,电子商务人才培养问题也不断受到关注。学界已就电子商务人才培养提出众多的培养方案,其中比较瞩目的是产学研培养模式的提出。但目前电子商务产学研培养模式出现培养目的不明确、模式固化单一、缺乏双师型教师等问题,培养出的电子商务人才与电商企业需要的人才不匹配。本文针对以上问题借助中介机构凝聚剂的作用探索适合电子商务人才培养要求的产学研协同创新培养模式。
As the electronic commerce plays an increasingly prominent role in promoting economic growth in China, great attention has been given to the problem of electronic commerce talent training. Academia has put forward numerous construc- tion schemes about electric commerce talent training, in which the introduction of the training model of industry-university- research has caught the most attention. However, there are some problems in the model of e-commerce industry-university- research currently, such as no clear training goal, single model, lacking of double type teachers and so on. Aiming at these problems, this article explores the industry-university- research collaborative and innovative training model which suits the requirements of e-commerce talents with the help of intermediaries.
