摘要
目的观察镇肝熄风汤干预前后阴虚阳亢型H型高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与总胆固醇(CHOL)的相关性分析。方法采用随机数字表法将180例H型高血压、辨证属于阴虚阳亢型的患者分为试验组及对照组,试验组采用镇肝熄风汤联合缬沙坦治疗,对照组采用叶酸片联合缬沙坦治疗,30天为一疗程。监测患者试验前后血浆Hcy、CHOL水平。结果与试验前相比,试验组可降低患者血浆Hcy水平(P<0.05),随着Hcy水平降低,CHOL水平也跟着降低(P<0.05)。结论镇肝熄风汤干预前后阴虚阳亢型H型高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与总胆固醇水平呈正相关。
Objective To observe the correlation between plasma homocysteine and total cholesterol in patients with h-type hypertension with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity before and after the intervention of Zhengan Xifeng decoction.Methods Using the random number table method one hundred and eighty cases of patients with H-type hypertension syndrome belong to type of Yin deficiency and Yang?hyperactivity of patients were divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group was treated with zhengan xifeng decoction combined with valsartan,the control group was treated with folic acid tablets combined with valsartan,thirty days is a course of treatment.Detect the Hcy and CHOL expression in serum before and after the experiment.Results Compared to before the experiment,the Hcy serum level of patients in the experimental group could be reduced(P<0.05),as the Hcy serum level reduced,the CHOL be reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion Before and after the intervention of Zhengan Xifeng decoction,there was a positive correlation between plasma homocysteine level and total cholesterol level in patients with h-type hypertension with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity.
