摘要
简要地介绍了可靠性强化试验技术的概念和理论依据,并阐述了试验步骤和试验效果,给出了工作极限目标设定的统计学方法,为产品设计工程师提供了参考。同时,列出了可靠性强化试验的局限性,旨在说明可靠性强化试验需结合其他可靠性技术,才能更好地提高产品的稳健性和固有可靠性水平。
The concept and theoretical basis of reliability enhancement testing technology are briefly introduced,and the test steps and test results are expounded,and the statistical method of setting the working limit target is given,which provides a reference for product design engineers.At the same time,the limitations of the reliability enhancement testing are listed to illustrate that the reliability enhancement testing needs to be combined with other reliability technologies to better improve the robustness and inherent reliability of the product.
