摘要
高加速寿命试验和高加速应力筛选试验技术是近几年不断发展起来的可靠性新技术。就HALT&HASS技术与传统的可靠性试验进行比较,重点阐述HALT&HASS的概念、特点以及测试步骤和注意事项。
The Highly Accelerated Life Test（HALT） and Highly Accelerated Stress Screening（HASS） are new reliability techniques that are growing continuously in these days.In this paper,the HALT HASS are compared with traditional reliability tests with focuses on its concept,characteristics,and procedures in testing.
