文章介绍了GJB 450A《装备可靠性工作通用要求》的400系列(可靠性试验与评价系列)中包括的试验项目,全面阐述了可靠性试验的目的、分类、环境条件,可靠性试验之间及可靠性试验与其他试验的相互关系和区别,以及各种试验的综合安排等;最后指出了高加速应力筛选(HASS)和高加速寿命试验(HALT)是可靠性试验发展的一个重要趋势。
This paper discusses the test items included in the 400 series of GJB 450A Reliability Tests And Evaluations,the purpose and the types of reliability tests,the related environmental conditions,the relationship between reliability tests and other tests,and the integrated arrangement of various tests.It is pointed out that the high acceleration stress test(HASS)and high acceleration life test (HALT)are two important parts for the further development of reliability tests.
