医院肿瘤科在医患沟通工作的实践与体会 被引量:2

摘要 构建和谐医患关系,良好的医患沟通是不可或缺的环节。在诊疗过程中应把医患沟通作为临床工作的重要组成部分对待,精细化管理制定医患沟通具体流程,加强对医师业务能力及沟通能力的培养,强化医德医风教育及法律意识,提高医患沟通的有效率及医疗质量、医疗安全的水平。该文就该院肿瘤科在提高医患沟通的有效率所采取的措施和方法及过程中的体会做一报道。 To build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship, good doctor-patient communication is an indispensable link.In the process of diagnosis and treatment, doctor-patient communication should be treated as an important part of clinical work, refined management and formulation of specific procedures for doctor-patient communication, strengthening the cultivation of physicians’ business ability and communication ability, strengthening medical moral education and legal awareness, and improving medical effective communication of patients and the level of medical quality and medical safety. This article makes a report on the measures and methods adopted by the oncology department of the hospital to improve the efficiency of doctor-patient communication and their experience in the process.
