摘要
内蒙古某焦化厂挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)中含有高浓度非甲烷总烃、苯、苯并[a]芘、含氯、氟的有机化合物,同时还含有大量硫化氢、氨等无机化合物,其有机污染物浓度高、毒性大、组成复杂,目前诸多VOCs处理技术仍有大量需要改进和完善的空间。通过对挥发性有机物治理技术的开发与应用,有效解决了该焦化厂挥发性有机物中非甲烷总烃、苯、苯并[a]芘、氨含量外排浓度较高等难题。通过对机械刮渣槽排气筒处放散口开展循环逐级制冷回收VOCs中化学组分,实现非甲烷总烃外排浓度小于10mg/m^3,根据监测结果显示VOCs减排效率达到99%以上。整个处理过程中冷凝设备处于密闭运行状态,不需添加化学药剂,没有新的污染物产生,使VOCs治理做到环保零排放,为焦化厂挥发性有机物治理提供了工程示范。
Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in a coking plant in Inner Mongolia contain high concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbon,benzene,benzopyrene,organic compounds containing chlorine and fluorine,as well as a large amount of hydrogen sulfide,ammonia and other inorganic compounds.The organic pollutants have high concentration,high toxicity and complex composition,and current VOCs processing technologies are still to be improved.With the development and application of VOCs treatment technology,the high exhalation concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbon,benzene,benzopyrene and ammonia in VOCs were solved.The chemical components in VOCs were recovered by cyclic refrigeration step by step through the vent at the exhaust cylinder of the mechanical slag scraping tank,the emission concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbon is below 10 mg/m^3,and the emission reduction efficiency of VOCs is more than 99% according to the monitoring results.During the whole treatment process,the condensing equipment is in a closed operation state,with no chemicals added,and no new pollutants generated,which makes the VOCs treatment achieve environmental protection and zero emission,providing an engineering demonstration for the treatment of VOCs in coking plant.
