摘要
对存在于轨道交通车内空气的高危险物质进行调研,得到危害频次较高的23种物质,提出针对轨道交通车内目标管控有害物质的种类,开发相应的整车采样方法和检测分析方法。叙述采用Tenax吸附采样后热脱附气相色谱-质谱联用法测试轨道交通车内主要挥发性有机化合物的定性定量分析方法,以及采用DNPH洗脱后高效液相色谱法测试轨道交通车内醛酮物质共计23种目标物质的测试方法。给出各成分的检出限、准确度和精密度,对方法的不确定度来源进行分析,并且给出方法的总不确定度。采集实际轨道交通车样品进行测试,验证方法有效,可为轨道交通车内污染物监测提供参考方法。
The high-risk substances existing in the air in rail transit vehicles were investigated,23 substances with high hazard frequency were obtained,and the types of harmful substances for target control in rail transit vehicles were proposed,and corresponding vehicle sampling methods and detection and analysis methods were developed.The qualitative and quantitative analysis methods of thermal desorption gas chromatography-mass spectrometry after Tenax adsorption sampling for the detection of major volatile organic compounds in rail transit vehicles,and the test methods for the detection of aldehyde and ketone substances in rail transit vehicles by DNPH elution high performance liquid chromatography after elution were described.The detection limit,accuracy and precision of each component are given,the source of uncertainty of the method is analyzed,and the total uncertainty of the method is given.The actual rail transit vehicle samples were collected for testing,which verified the effectiveness of the method and provided a reference method for the monitoring of pollutants in rail transit vehicles.
