摘要
为掌握和了解北京市实验室VOCs排放状况,对不同类型、典型的实验室进行现场取样调研和问卷调查,获取实验室有机溶剂使用情况和规律;基于物料衡算法初步确定不同类型实验室VOCs排放因子;开展了实验室VOCs排放现场监测,初步识别了实验室VOCs排放水平。基于当前实验室有机废气的产生环节和状况,有针对性地提出VOCs污染控制技术对策,为环境主管部门制定相关控制对策提供参考和支撑。
In order to master and understand the VOCs(volatile organic compounds)emission status of Beijing laboratories,the field sampling survey and questionnaire survey are carried out for different types and typical laboratories to obtain the usage and rules of organic solvents in the laboratories.Based on the algorithm of material balance,the VOCs emission factors of different types of laboratories are preliminarily determined,the VOCs emission field monitoring is implemented in the laboratory,and the VOCs emission level of the laboratories is preliminarily identified.On the basis of the current production process and status of organic waste gas in the laboratories,this paper puts forward technical countermeasures for VOCs pollution control,which provides reference and support for the competent environmental authorities to formulate relevant control measures.
