胜利油田难动用石油储量地质工程一体化探索 被引量:22

摘要 难动用石油储量有效开发是大力提升国内石油开发力度的重要举措。胜利油田低渗透和稠油难动用石油储量近6×10~8t,占全国10%以上,有效开发面临油水系统复杂、工艺配套难、产能低等诸多挑战。中国石化以胜利油田为试点,经过两年多合作开发实践,探索出"合作机制创新""低品位中找甜点""地质工程一体化""精细储层改造、作大产能"等有效做法,初步实现了将难动用石油储量"管起来、动起来、活起来",累计动用石油储量4860×10~4t,建成产能超50×10~4t,钻井周期缩短60%以上,单井产量提升40%左右,平衡油价由75美元/bbl降至50美元/bbl以内。胜利油田难动用石油储量实践,初步形成独特承包建产方案,打造地质工程一体化全产业链高效模式,为高勘探程度老油区可持续发展开拓了新方向。 Effective development of hard-to-recover oil reserves is an important measure to enhance oil development in China.The hard-torecover reserves of low permeability and heavy oil in the Shengli Oilfi eld are nearly 6×108t,accounting for more than 10%of the nation.Effective development faces many challenges such as complex oil-water system,lack of supporting technologies and low productivity.Sinopec took Shengli Oilfi eld as a pilot project.After more than 2 years of cooperative development practice,it has explored a number of effective methods such as“innovation of cooperative mechanism”,“searching for sweet spot in low-grade reserves”,“geology-engineering integration”,“fi ne reservoir stimulation and increasing productivity”.It has preliminarily achieved the goal of"managing,recovering and producing"the hard-to-recover oil reserves.The cumulative produced oil reserves are 4860×104t,established productivity is over 50×104t,the drilling cycle is shortened by more than 60%,single well production is increased by about 40%,and the break-even oil price is dropped from 75$/bbl to within 50$/bbl.The practice of producing hardto-recover oil reserves in Shengli Oilfi eld has initially formed a unique contracted productivity establishment plan and created an effi cient model of geology-engineering integration of the whole industry chain,which has opened up a new direction for the sustainable development of mature oil areas with high degree of exploration.
