大庆油田致密油压裂技术进展、挑战与对策 被引量:2

Advances,challenges and countermeasures of fracturing technology for tight oil reservoirs in Daqing Oilfield

摘要 大庆油田致密油储量丰富,是效益增储的现实领域。随着勘探开发储层物性逐渐变差,压裂增产改造存在增产机理不明确、提产难度大等问题。为提高致密油压裂增产改造效果,在介绍大庆致密油压裂技术进展的基础上,分析了其面临的挑战,并针对大庆油田致密油储层地质特点,提出了“水平井压裂由进一步密切割向裂缝均匀起裂、砂液均衡分配转变,直井大排量、大规模缝网压裂向适度排量、适度规模多分支缝压裂转变,压裂理念由‘初产换效益’向‘累产换效益’转变”的理念,同时配套攻关5项相关技术,即水平井全裂缝有效支撑压裂技术、直井多级暂堵转向压裂技术、压裂增能一体化技术、压裂后合理返排制度研究、水平井高效重复压裂技术。这些技术对于助力大庆油田致密油高效开发具有一定的指导意义。 Daqing Field is rich in tight oil reserves,which is a practical area of increasing oil production.With the gradual deterioration of physical property in exploration and development of the reservoir,there are some problems in fracturing stimulation,such as unclear mechanism in the stimulation and difficulties in increasing production,etc.In order to solve these problems and improve the effect of fracturing stimulation for tight oil reservoirs,the paper analyzes the facing challenges based on the introduction of the development of fracturing technology for tight oil reservoirs in Daqing oilfield.According to the geological characteristics of tight oil reservoirs,the fracturing was changed from intensive-cutting fracturing to uniform fracture initiation fracturing with balanced distribution of sand carrying fluid,from large displacement&large-scale fracture network fracturing to moderate-scale&multi-branch fissure fracturing.The concept of fracturing is transformed from“initial production for benefits”to“cumulative production for benefits”.At the same time,five related technologies have been adopted,namely,full fracture&effective support fracturing technology in horizontal wells,multi-stage temporary plugging and diverting fracturing technology in vertical wells,integrated fracturing and energy increasing technology,study on reasonable flowback system after fracturing,as well as high-efficiency re-fracturing technology in horizontal wells.These advanced technologies have great significance for guiding the efficient development of tight oil reservoirs in Daqing Oilfield.
