山地浅层页岩气地质工程一体化高效压裂试气技术——以昭通国家级页岩气示范区太阳气田为例 被引量:20

Key technologies of shallow shale gas reservoir in mountainous area: taking Taiyang gas field in Zhaotong national shale gas demonstration area as an example

摘要 为了保证山地浅层页岩气储层的压裂效果并且控制气井高效试气与建产的成本,在昭通国家级页岩气示范区太阳气田开展了水平井体积压裂技术升级和返排试气一体化技术现场创新实践,探索形成了适用于我国复杂构造区山地浅层页岩气低成本、高效体积压裂与返排试气一体化关键技术。研究结果表明:(1)以长段多簇密切割、复合暂堵转向、石英砂代替陶粒、控液增砂、全程低黏度滑溜水等工艺技术的综合应用为标志,该示范区水平井体积压裂工艺实现了由1.0级向2.0级的升级,为山地浅层页岩气压裂工艺技术升级提供了智慧方案;(2)该示范区浅层页岩气储层具有弱超压、高吸附气含量的特征,使页岩气井压裂后返排表现出"井口压力低、测试产量低、稳产时间长"的生产特征;(3)按照"控压、控速"的策略进行返排,创新形成"五四三"(5个时期、4个关键节点、3个关键参数)精细返排测试技术、伺机关井措施及气液两相流数字化精准计量测试技术,助力浅层页岩气井低成本高效返排测试的实现;(4)在该示范区开展了山地浅层页岩气井压裂、返排试气一体化关键技术现场实践与规模应用,提高了单井产气量、降低了压裂试气成本,取得了良好的应用效果。结论认为,该研究成果探索出了山地浅层页岩气效益开发的新路子,可以为我国其他地区同类页岩油气的勘探开发提供借鉴。 in order to ensure the fracturing effect of mountain shallow shale gas reservoir and control the cost of efficient gas testing and production,the field innovation practice of horizontal well volume fracturing technology upgrading and flowback gas testing integration technology was carried out in Taiyang gas field of Zhaotong national shale gas demonstration area,and the key technology suitable for mountain shallow shale gas in China’s complex structure area was explored and formed.The technology has the characteristics of low cost,high efficiency volume fracturing and the integration of flowback and gas testing.The research results show that:(1)The horizontal well volume fracturing technology in the demonstration area has been upgraded from grade 1.0 to grade 2.0 with the comprehensive application of long section multi cluster dense cutting,composite temporary plugging steering,quartz sand instead of ceramsite,fluid control and sand increase,and whole process low viscosity slippery water,which provides a smart scheme for the upgrading of gas fracturing technology of shallow shale in mountainous area;(2)The shallow shale reservoir in the demonstration area has the characteristics of weak overpressure and high adsorbed gas content,which makes the flowback of shale gas well show the production characteristics of"low wellhead pressure,low test production and long stable production time";(3)In accordance with the strategy of"pressure control and speed control",the"5-4-3"(5 periods,4 key nodes and 3 key parameters)fine flowback testing technology has been innovated,and the real-time shut-in measures and gas-liquid two-phase flow digital accurate measurement and testing technology have been formed,which help to realize the low-cost and efficient flowback testing of shallow shale gas wells;(4)In this demonstration area,field practice and scale application of key technologies for integration of fracturing and flowback gas testing of shallow shale gas wells in mountainous area have been carried out,which improves single well gas production,reduces fracturing gas testing cost,and achieves good application effect.It is concluded that the research results have explored a new way for the effective development of shallow shale gas in mountainous areas,which can provide reference for the exploration and development of similar shale oil and gas in other areas of China.
