摘要
基于赫茨伯格的双因素理论,采取问卷调查的方式从保健因素和激励因素两方面对房产中介企业现行的激励体系满意度进行分析,找出影响企业员工积极性的关键因素,为构建有效的员工激励体系提供了建议,以提高员工工作积极性,实现员工与企业的共同发展。
Based on Herzberg's Two-factor Theory,this paper analyzes the satisfaction degree of the current incentive system of real estate intermediary enterprises through questionnaires from the two modules of health factors and incentive factors,finding out the key factors that affect employee motivation,so as to provide effective advice on constructing the company employees incentive system,to enhance staff's work enthusiasm and realize the common development of employees and enterprises.
