摘要
颈椎病是临床常见病,主要表现为颈肩部及上肢的疼痛、麻木等症状。杨少锋教授认为颈椎病病程日久,反复发作,其发病多有外感风寒湿邪等诱因,证见畏寒肢冷、头项强痛等,应用桂枝附子汤温阳散寒,益气止痛,疗效显著,值得推广。
Cervical spondylosis is a common clinical disease,which is characterized by pain and numbness in the neck and upper limbs,and so on.Professor Yang Shaofeng believes that,ervical spondylosis has a long course of disease,repeated attacks,most of these patients are attack of wind-cold-dampness arthralgia,symptoms are cold limbs and rigidity of nape and headache.The treatment of this disease with Guizhi Fuzi Decoction is very effective.This therapy is based on the treatment of warming yang for dispelling cold and benefiting qi for relieving pain,it is worth promoting.
