摘要
在社会主义公有制前提下的股份制基础上,以劳动力的资本化为依据,实现劳动者持股,建立劳动者持股的个人所有制。只有转变传统的思想观念和创新股份制的实现形式,才能建立劳动者持股的个人所有制。新时代重建个人所有制,有利于化解人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的社会主要矛盾,有利于缓和劳动者和资本所有者之间的紧张关系、共建和谐社会,有利于调动劳动者和资本所有者的积极性和主动性,推动社会经济不断发展。
The establishment of individual ownership of laborers to realize laborers shareholding is based on the capitalization of labor force as well as the joint-stock system under the premise of socialist public ownership.Only by changing the traditional concepts and innovating the realization form of the stock system,can this system be successfully built.The reconstruction of individual ownership in the new era is significant in many ways,including helping resolve the main social contradictions between the people s growing needs for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development,easing the opposition between workers and capital owners,building a harmonious society,mobilizing the enthusiasm and initiative of workers and capital owners,and promoting the continuous development of social economy.
