摘要
分析了首钢京唐公司1#、2#两座5500 m3高炉开炉后快速达产、高产情况。选取连续10天以上日产量完成13000 t的4个典型阶段,研究了高炉主要技术经济指标与操作制度的对应情况关系,总结提炼了操作经验和冶炼参数,为大型高炉高产、稳产提供了参考。
This paper analyzes the quick production and high production of two 5500 m3 blast furnaces in Shougang Jingtang company.Four typical stages of 13000 t daily output over 10 days in a row are selected.The corresponding relationship between the main technical and economic indexes of blast furnace and the operation system is studied.The operation experience and smelting parameters are summarized,which provides a reference for high and stable production of large blast furnace.
