摘要
自2008年以来,南钢高炉逐渐提高了非主流矿使用的比例。而非主流矿中Al2O3含量普遍偏高,导致高炉炉渣中Al2O3含量的升高(〉15%)。炉渣中Al2O3含量增加,极易出现结晶能力很强的高熔点矿物尖晶石,从而使得高炉炉渣粘度大、流动性差,导致炉渣冶金性能下降。为此,就需要通过调节炉渣中MgO的含量,改善高炉渣的熔化性能、流动性能。
The proportion used non-mainstream ore has gradually increased in BF at NISCO since 2008,however,higher content of Al2O3 in the slag of BF increases( 15%).It is very likely to appear high melting point mineral spinel with strong crystallization capacity which results in high viscosity and poor liquidity of BF slag,which has made metallurgical performance decrease.Therefore,it is necessary to adjust the content of MgO in the slag in order to improve the melting properties and the fluidity of BF slag.
