摘要
三座热风炉采用“两烧一送”传统操作制度,存在燃烧时间浪费、送风温度低、换炉排放能耗大等缺点。三座热风炉如果采用“一烧两送热并联创新工艺”,可以实现“交错并联”送风,有效提高风温和降低换炉排放的能耗。
There are some disadvantages when three hot blast stoves using the traditional operating system“two combustion and one blast”,such as waste of combustion time,low temperature of air supply,and large energy consumption of furnace changing emissions.If the three hot blast stoves adopt the“one combustion and two blast hot interlaced parallel”,they can realize the“interlaced parallel”air supply,effectively improve the air temperature and reduce the emission energy consumption of the furnace.
