摘要
在“一带一路”倡议推动下,铁路是实现国际合作、联动发展的重要基础设施。提升铁路国际运输通道的影响力是进一步推进“一带一路”建设、打造全面开放新格局、促进国际产能合作、培育铁路引领国际竞争新优势的重要保证。在梳理国际铁路运输通道、中欧班列开行现状的基础上,结合“一带一路”沿线国家情况,分析我国铁路国际运输的优势特点及面临形势。结合铁路网国际影响因子的提炼,在全面提高路网质量、提升互联互通水平、优化中欧班列运输组织方案、加强铁路规划对接、构建信息化服务平台几个方面提出具体的措施建议。
Driven by the"Belt and Road"initiative,the railway is an important infrastructure for international cooperation and linkage development.Enhancing the influence of the railway international transportation corridor is to further promote the construction of the"Belt and Road",create a new open new pattern,and promote international capacity cooperation.It is an important guarantee to cultivate the railway to lead the new advantages of international competition.By introducing the status quo of the international railway transportation channel and the China-European class,based on the situation of the countries along the"Belt and Road",the advantages and oppotunities of China's railway international transportation are analyzed.Combined with the refinement of the international influence factor of the railway network,it puts forward specific measures and suggestions in the aspects of comprehensively improving the quality of the road network,improving the level of interconnection and intercommunication,optimizing the organization plan of the CHINARAILWAY Express transportation organization,strengthening the railway planning and docking,and constructing the information service platform.
