摘要
目的:研究乳酸菌阴道胶囊与雌激素联合治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果。方法:将笔者所在医院2018年10月-2019年4月收治的66例老年阴道炎患者纳入研究,按其就诊顺序分为研究组与参照组,每组33例。参照组使用雌激素治疗;研究组在参照组的基础上联用乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗;比较两组治疗效果、促卵泡成熟激素(PSH)、雌二醇(E2)、复发率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组,复发率低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后PSH水平高于参照组,E2水平低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳酸菌阴道胶囊与雌激素联合治疗老年性阴道炎效果明显,其可有效改善患者症状,降低疾病复发率,改善患者预后。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of Lactic Acid Bacteria Vaginal Capsule and Estrogen in treatment of senile vaginitis.Method:Sixtysix elderly patients with vaginitis treated in our hospital from October 2018 to April 2019 were included in the study.They were divided into the study group and the reference group according to the order of their visits,with 33 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Estrogen,the study group was combined with Lactic Acid Bacteria Vaginal Capsule on the basis of the reference group.The treatment effects,PSH,E2,and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups.Result:The treatment efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The PSH level after treatment in the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the E2 level was lower than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Lactic Acid Bacteria Vaginal Capsule and Estrogen in treatment of senile vaginitis has obvious effects.It can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,reduce the recurrence rate of the disease and improve the prognosis of patients.
