摘要
目的评估白带常规检验患者实施阴道炎五联检验的价值及准确性。方法选择2019年9月至2020年9月四川大学华西第二医院实施治疗的白带常规检验患者120例为研究对象,患者均实施常规检验、阴道炎五联检验,统计两种检验结果,比较其准确性、检出及清洁度情况。结果白带常规检验患者确诊结果阴道炎84例,占比70.00%;非阴道炎36例,占比30.00%。常规检验阴道炎80例,占比66.67%;非阴道炎40例,占比33.33%。阴道炎五联检验阴道炎83例,占比69.17%;非阴道炎37例,占比30.93%。患者五联检验灵敏度、特异度、准确性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均高于常规检查(P<0.05)。患者阴道炎五联检验念珠菌、细菌性阴道炎检出率高于常规检查(P<0.05)。患者常规检验与阴道炎五联检验的清洁度情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论白带常规检验中实施阴道炎五联检验效果确切,可有效提升其检验准确性,在念珠菌与细菌性阴道炎检出率较高。
Objective To evaluate the value and accuracy of the five-fold vaginitis test in patients with leucorrhea.Methods From September 2019 to September 2020,120 patients with leucorrhea undergoing routine examination in West China Second Hospital,Sichuan University were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent routine examination and vaginitis five-fold test.The results of the two tests were counted and compared with their accuracy,detection and cleanliness.Results 84 cases(70.00%)were diagnosed with vaginitis by routine examination of leucorrhea.Non-vaginitis 36 cases,accounting for 30.00%.Routine examination of 80 cases of vaginitis,accounting for 66.67%;40 cases were non-vaginitis,accounting for 33.33%.83 cases(69.17%)had vaginitis by pentagonal examination.37 cases were non-vaginitis,accounting for 30.93%.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of quintuple test were higher than those of routine test(P<0.05).The detection rate of candida and bacterial vaginitis in patients with vaginitis was higher than that in routine examination(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in cleanliness between routine test and vaginitis five-link test(P>0.05).Conclusion In the routine examination of leucorrhea,the five-link test for vaginitis is effective and can effectively improve the accuracy of the test,and the detection rate of candida and bacterial vaginitis is higher.
