摘要
目的探讨维持性血液透析患者的症状特征。方法采用改编版透析患者症状负担调查表对福州地区3所三甲医院2018年11月-2019年2月326例维持性血液透析患者进行测评,通过潜在类别分析进行特征分类,并比较不同类型患者的一般特征。结果维持性血液透析患者的症状特征可分为4类:C1症状低发型(22.7%)、C2性功能障碍型(27.6%)、C3症状高发型(31.9%)、C4睡眠障碍型(17.8%),4类患者在年龄、工作状况、文化程度、婚姻状态、原发病类型及透析龄上的差异具有统计学意义。结论维持性血液透析患者具有不同的症状特征,医护人员应有效识别,并予以针对性的干预管理,尤其关注年龄偏大、文化程度偏低、透析龄较长者,以最大程度地改善患者的不适症状,减轻疾病对生活造成的困扰。
Objective To investigate the symptom characteristics of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods Fuzhou's third grade hospital's 326 maintenance hemodialysis patients were assessed with the modified symptom burden questionnaire.Symptom characteristics were classified by latent class analysis.General data of different types of patients was compared.Results The symptoms of maintenance hemodialysis patients can be divided into four types,C1 low-symptoms(23%),C2 sexual dysfunction(27%),C3 high-symptoms(32%),C4 sleep disorders(18%).There were significant differences in age,working status,educational level,marital status,type of primary disease and dialysis age among the four groups.Conclusion Maintenance hemodialysis patients have different symptoms.Medical staff should effectively identify and give targeted intervention and management,especially for older,less educated and older dialysis patients,in order to maximize the improvement of patients'discomfort symptoms and alleviate the distress caused by diseases on life.
