摘要
黄河是中华民族母亲河,保护、传承、弘扬黄河文化是当前黄河大保护的重要工作。通过分析黄河流域水利遗产保存现状,识别黄河流域水利遗产在遗产保护、遗产利用、文化传承等三方面存在的问题,提出水利遗产本体保护利用工程、名城名镇名村水文化提升工程、遗产区背景环境整治提升工程、非物质遗产保护传承工程、水利遗产文旅结合发展工程、水文化传播交流工程等六项具体工作建议,为讲好"黄河故事"提供文化支撑。
The Yellow River is the mother river of the Chinese nation. Protecting, inheriting and promoting the Yellow River culture has become an important part of the current Yellow River protection. By analyzing the current status of water heritage preservation in Yellow River Basin, it is identified that Yellow River Basin water heritage has problems in terms of heritage protection, heritage utilization, and cultural promotion. This paper puts forward six tasks: water heritage protection and utilization project, water culture promotion project of historical and cultural cities, towns and villages, background environment improvement project of heritage area, intangible heritage protection and inheritance project, water heritage cultural tourism development project, water culture communication project, to provide cultural support for telling the story of the Yellow River.
