摘要
推动黄河流域生态保护与高质量发展已被作为国家战略确立下来。本文从目标、特色、创新等三个相互影响、彼此作用的方面探讨导向问题,以期为推动当下处于起步阶段的黄河战略建言献策。
Promoting the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin has been established as a national strategy.This paper discusses the guiding problems from three aspects of goal,characteristics and innovation which affect and interact with each other,in order to make a little contribution to the promotion of the Yellow River strategy at the initial stage.
