摘要
目的探讨百令胶囊联合美托洛尔对冠心病伴心力衰竭患者炎症、氧化应激水平及血管内皮功能的影响。方法94例冠心病伴心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。对照组给予美托洛尔片治疗,观察组在美托洛尔片的基础上给予百令胶囊辅助治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后的心功能、炎症、氧化应激水平及血管内皮功能。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者治疗后的LVEF升高差异均有统计学意义(P<0.5),LVEDD和LVESD降低;血清中IL-6、CRP、TNF-α含量降低,外周血单个核细胞中TLR4和NF-κB的表达量降低;血清中MDA含量降低,SOD含量升高;血清中ET-1含量降低,NO含量和血管内皮依赖性舒张功能(FMD)升高。结论百令胶囊联合美托洛尔可以抑制冠心病伴心力衰竭患者的炎症和氧化应激水平,改善血管内皮功能,具有较好的治疗效应。
Objective To investigate the effects of Bailing capsule combined with metoprolol on inflammation,oxidative stress level and vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure.Methods Ninety-four patients with coronary heart disease complicated by heart failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 47 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by metoprolol tablets,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by Bailing capsules.The levels of cardiac function,inflammatory facotors,oxidative stress and vascular endothelial function before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results As compared with those in control group,the LEVEF levels were significantly increased in observation group,however the levels of LVEDD and LVESD were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Moreover the serum levels of IL-6,CRP,TNF-αwere significantly decreased,and the expression levels of TLR4 and NF-κB in peripheral blood mononuclear cells were decreased,and the serum levels of MDA were decreased,but the serum levels of SOD were significantly increased.In addition the serum levels of ET-1 were decreased,however,the levels of NO and flow mediated dilatation(FMD)function were significantly increased.Conclusion Bailing capsule combined with metoprolol can inhibit the levels of inflammatory factors and oxidative stress in patients with coronary heart disease complicated by heart failure,which can improve vascular endothelial function,and obtain better therapeutic effects.
