摘要
目的研究美托洛尔与益心舒胶囊联用对急诊冠心病心力衰竭患者心功能及用药安全性的影响。方法选择2017年2月至2019年10月收治的急诊冠心病心力衰竭患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为联用组和单纯组,每组45例。单纯组给予美托洛尔治疗,联用组给予美托洛尔及益心舒胶囊治疗。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后心功能变化情况,不良反应发生情况,治疗前后血清Treg以及白介素-10(IL-10)水平变化情况。结果联用组治疗总有效率为97.78%高于单纯组的86.87%(P<0.05)。联用组LVEF水平高于单纯组,而LVESD、LVEDD水平均低于单纯组(P<0.05)。联用组总不良反应发生率为4.44%低于单纯组的17.78%(P<0.05)。联用组血清Treg水平高于单纯组,而IL-10水平低于单纯组(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔与益心舒胶囊联用在改善急诊冠心病心力衰竭患者心功能方面效果显著,且用药安全性较佳,有利于改善患者血清Treg以及IL-10水平,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of metoprolol combined with Yixinshu capsule on the cardiac function and drug safety in emergency patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods Ninety patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to October 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into combination treatment group and simple treatment group,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in simple treatment group were treated by metoprolol,however,the patients in combination treatment group were treated by metoprolol combined with Yixinshu capsule.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,and the changes of cardiac function,as well as the serum levels of Treg and IL-10 before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in combination treatment group was 97.78%,which was significantly higher than that(86.87%)in simple treatment group(P<0.05),and the levels of LVEF were significantly higher than those in simple treatment group,however,the levels of LVESD and LVEDD were significantly lower than those in simple treatment group(P<0.05).Moreover the total incidence of adverse reactions in combination treatment group was 4.44%,which was significantly lower than that(17.78%)in simple treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of Treg in combination treatment group were significantly higher than those in simple treatment group,but the levels of IL-10 were significantly lower than those in simple treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of metoprolol with Yixinshu capsule has significant effects in improving cardiac function of emergency patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure,with better drug safety,which is conducive to improving the serum levels of Treg and IL-10.
