摘要
目的探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片配合认知行为疗法对慢性心力衰竭合并焦虑抑郁患者睡眠质量和心理状态的影响。方法选取2018年12月—2022年12月山东省平邑县精神病医院收治的200例慢性心力衰竭合并焦虑抑郁患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各100例。对照组采用认知行为疗法干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,两组均随访2个月。对比两组患者的睡眠质量、心理状态。结果干预后,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表的各维度评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);抑郁自评量表评分(41.55±3.03)分、焦虑自评量表评分(40.02±3.89)分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片配合认知行为疗法在慢性心力衰竭合并焦虑抑郁患者中应用效果良好,能够更好地改善患者睡眠质量与心理状态。
Objective To explore the effects of flupentixol melitracen tablets combined with cognitive behavioral therapy on sleep quality and mental state of chronic heart failure patients with anxiety and depression.Methods 200 patients with chronic heart failure combined with anxiety and depression admitted to the Psychiatric Hospital of Pingyi County,Shandong Province from December 2018 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group with 100 cases in each group.The control group received cognitive behavioral therapy intervention and the observation group was treated with flupentixol melitracen tablets on the basis of the control group.Both groups were followed up for 2 months.The sleep quality,psychological state of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of Self-rating Depression Scale(41.55±3.03)points and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(40.02±3.89)points were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of flupentixol and melitracin tablets with cognitive behavioral therapy has a good effect on patients with chronic heart failure combined with anxiety and depression,and can better improve their sleep quality and psychological state.
