摘要
研究了用钛白废酸从硫酸渣中浸出铜,再用硫化钠从浸出液中沉淀铜,考察了废酸质量浓度、液固体积质量比、搅拌时间对铜浸出率的影响。结果表明:在废酸质量浓度123 g/L、液固体积质量比3/1、温度30℃条件下搅拌浸出3 h,铜浸出率达82.1%;浸出矿浆用石灰乳中和至pH=4.0,液固分离后用硫化钠沉淀铜,铜回收率为81.45%,沉淀物中铜质量分数为34.5%;沉铜后的废水用石灰中和后循环使用。此工艺可实现以废治废,回收有价金属。
Leaching of copper in pyrite cinder using titanium white waste acid,and then recovering of copper by precipitating using sodium sulfide was investigated.The effects of titanium white waste acid concentration,ratio of liquid-to-solid and mixing time on leaching of copper were examined.The results show that the leaching of copper in pyrite cinder can reach 82.1%under the conditions of waste acid concentration of 123 g/L,liquid-to-solid ratio of 3/1,leaching temperature of 30℃and mixing time of 3 h.The leaching solution is neutralized using lime milk to pH=4.0.Copper is recovered by precipitating using sodium sulfide after liquid and solid separation.The recovery rate of copper is 81.45%.The sulfide precipitation containing 34.5%copper can be obtained.The wastewater after copper precipitation is neutralized using lime and recycled.This process can realize waste treatment and recovery of valuable metals.
