摘要
研究了用硫酸-二氧化硫体系从锌浸出渣中还原浸出锌、铁、铜、铟等有价金属,考察了初始硫酸质量浓度、反应温度、液固体积质量比、搅拌速度、SO2分压对锌、铁、铜、铟浸出率的影响。结果表明:用SO2对锌浸出渣还原浸出,可有效缓解溶液中高浓度三价铁离子对铁酸锌分解的抑制作用,大幅提高有价金属浸出率;浸出渣主要物相为PbSO4和ZnS,铁酸锌完全分解。
The leaching of zinc,iron,copper,indium and other valuable metals from zinc leaching residue was studied using sulfuric acid-SO2system.The effects of initial sulfuric acid concentration,reaction temperature,liquid-to-solid ratio,stirring speed and SO2 partial pressure on leaching of valuable metals were examined.The results show that SO2 can be used for reducing leaching the valuable metals which can effectively alleviate the inhibition of high concentration ferric ions on zinc ferrite dissolving and increase leaching of valuable metals greatly.The XRD analysis of final leaching residue results show that the main phase in the residue is PbSO4 and ZnS,and the decomposition of zinc ferrate is complete.
