摘要
硫铁矿烧渣脱砷生产铁精矿的废水酸度大、三价铁含量高,含有铜等有价金属,试验采用石灰中和至p H值4.0~4.5,除去大量的三价铁后,用硫化钠将其中的铜银等有价金属沉淀回收,回收得到的硫化物中w(Cu)>30%,含银质量浓度大于4 500 g/t,可直接用来冶炼回收金属铜。
The production of iron concentrate from the de-arsenic pyrite cinder usually produces high acidic waste water containing high concentration of Fe3 +materials and valuable metals like copper. The paper proposed a method using lime to change the p H value of the waste water to 4. 0-4. 5 to remove most of Fe3 +. Then,sodium sulfide is added to precipitate out copper and silver for recovery.The copper content in the recovered sulfides is more than 30% while the silver content is more than 4 500 g/t. The recovered sulfides can be used directly for copper production.
