摘要
ZrB2陶瓷材料具有耐高温、抗热震、抗氧化的特性,且在超高温陶瓷中具有较低的理论密度,使其成为航空航天等超高温领域中最具吸引力的材料之一。本文分别就ZrB2材料的结构性能、高温氧化机制、粉体合成、复合材料及其涂层的制备工艺等方面进行了综述。
ZrB2 ceramic material is an attractive candidate in the ultra-high temperature fields like aerospace because of its unique properties such as excellent thermostability,thermal shock resistance,oxidation resistance,and the lower theoretical density in ultra-high temperature ceramics.The preparation process of ZrB2 powders,composite materials and its coating together with its crystal structure,basic properties,oxidation mechanism were reviewed in this paper.
