摘要
C/C复合材料因其耐高温、耐烧蚀、低密度、低热膨胀系数和良好的力学强度,在航空航天领域发挥不可替代的作用,但在较高温度下,却极易被氧化,从而限制了其使用范围。文章阐述了目前国内外在C/C复合材料抗氧化方面的最新研究进展,主要从抗氧化涂层和基体改性技术两种不同的提高抗氧化性能的方法进行了论述,并总结了两种方法制备的各类抗氧化C/C复合材料的烧蚀性能。最后指出了C/C复合材料在提高抗氧化性能方面存在的问题和今后的发展趋势。
Carbon/carbon(C/C) composites play an irreplaceable role in the aerospace and other cutting-edge technologies with high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, low density, low thermal expansion coefficient and good mechanical strength. But they are easy to react with oxidizing gas at high temperature, limiting the scope of their applications.This paper introduces the latest research progress on C/C composites worldwide.Two different ways of matrix modification technology and antioxidant coating tech- nology have been used to improve the oxidation resistance are discussed.The problems and future development trend of C/C compos- ites in improving the oxidation resistance have been proposed in the end.
