摘要
为进一步完善社区疫情防控体制机制,加强公共卫生队伍建设,从明确社区康养职业人才的概念入手,分析社区康养职业人才培养对完善社区卫生健康防控机制的积极作用,提出社区康养职业人才培养的路径建议。
This paper tries to further improve the system mechanism of community epidemic prevention and control,and strengthen the team construction of public health.It starts from clearing of the concept of community health care talents,analyze the positive effect of community health care professional training which aims to improving community health prevention and control mechanism,and puts forward some suggestions on the path of community health care professional training.
