摘要
社区康养职业人才的培养和康养人才职业素养的提升是推动康养产业发展的关键。在对社区康养业态的照护服务、医疗卫生服务、健康促进、教育培训、产品销售与公共管理等六类主要岗位群的职业素养要求加以分析、归纳与总结的基础上,围绕职业专业素养、职业道德素养、职业人文素养设立培养目标,创新社区康养职业人才培养理念,提出相关人才培养策略:采取以“德”为基,立德树人,培养从业者的职业道德素养;采取以“岗”定技,以“融”为本,促进产教融合,构建以岗位能力为基础的培养体系,培养从业者的职业专业素养;采取以“智”为要,推动康养职业人才的数字化应用能力,培养从业者的职业人文素养。
The cultivation of professional talents for community healthcare and the enhancement of their occupational competencies are key to driving the development of the healthcare industry.By analyzing,summarizing,and synthesizing the competency requirements for the six main job groups within the community healthcare sector:care services,medical and health services,health promotion,education and training,product sales,and public management,this paper establishes training objectives centered on professional competencies,ethical standards,and cultural literacy,innovates the concept of professional talent cultivation in community healthcare,and proposes the following talent cultivation strategies:Adopting a foundation of"virtue",fostering virtue through education,and cultivating the professional ethics of practitioners;Defining skills based on job requirements and emphasizing integration in order to promote industry-education integration,and building a job competency-based training system to enhance professional competencies of practitioners;Prioritizing"wisdom"to advance the digital application abilities of healthcare professionals,thereby cultivating their professional humanistic literacy.
