摘要
随着医疗改革的不断深化,公立医院除了维持正常运行的经济效益外,同时还要注重社会效益。在此新形势下提升患者服务满意度,提高医疗服务质量,把绩效引入到医疗团队的岗位职责和岗位工作业绩的考核是公立医院的研究重点。影响绩效的因素有多种,医院文化是重要的因素之一。基于此背景,通过对上海某三级专科医院一线医务人员问卷调查,对医院文化和工作绩效建立模型,将工作投入作为中介变量,学习导向作为调节变量来研究相互之间的关系。主要研究结果表明:医院文化正向影响工作绩效。
With the deepening of medical reform, public hospitals should not only maintain the economic benefits of normal operation but also pay attention to social benefits. Thus, it is imperative for public hospitals to improve patients’ satisfaction rate, to promote the quality of medical services, and to introduce performance into the responsibilities and assessment of the medical team. There are many factors influencing performance, with hospital culture being one of the most crucial ones. Under this circumstance, a questionnaire survey was conducted among the first-line medical staff in a class-A specialized hospital in Shanghai, and a model was established for the hospital culture and work performance. The relationship was studied by taking job involvement as an intermediary variable and learning orientation as a moderating variable. The main results showed that hospital culture exerted a positive effect on job performance.
