摘要
中国和美国是人工智能领域论文的两大产出国,领域中的研究大多集中于两国国家层面的对比分析,缺少具体机构层面的分析以及对国家层面相关研究结论的验证。本文选取中科院自动化研究所和美国麻省理工学院计算机与人工智能实验室作为研究案例,对两国人工智能领域顶尖科研机构的创新产出进行了对比研究,发现2006年后中科院自动化研究所创新产出的数量领先于麻省理工学院计算机与人工智能实验室,但创新产出的质量不及后者。利用社会网络分析方法研究我国科研人员在合作网络中的影响力以及对网络资源的控制能力与创新产出的关系,从合作角度对提升我国科研人员的创新产出水平提供了有益的参考与建议。
China and the United States are the two major producers of papers in the field of artificial intelligence.Most of the research focuses on the comparative analysis of the two countries at the national level,lacking specific institution level analysis and verification of relevant research conclusions at the national level.This article selects the Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and MIT computer and artificial intelligence laboratory as research cases,and compares the innovation output of the top research institutions in the field of artificial intelligence in China and the United States.It is found that after 2006,the Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences had a higher academic productivity than the MIT computer and artificial intelligence laboratory,but still had a weaker academic influence.The social network analysis method is used to study the relationship between the influence of Chinese researchers in cooperative networks and the ability to control network resources and innovation output.From the perspective of cooperation,this paper provides useful suggestions for improving the innovation performance of domestic researchers.
