SBAR模式在妇产科护理临床带教中的应用效果 被引量:30

摘要 目的探讨SBAR模式在妇产科护理临床带教中提升学生沟通能力与临床实践能力的应用效果,旨在为完善临床护理实践提供参考依据。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2017年6—12月在首都医科大学宣武医院妇产科病区实习的31名护生作为对照组,选取2018年6—12月在妇产科病区实习的30名护生作为观察组。对照组按照妇产科护理实习大纲要求采用一对一带教模式着重对实习护生进行妇产科理论和技能的培养,观察组在此基础上开展SBAR模式临床带教。通过临床沟通能力量表、住院患者对护生满意度和临床实习成绩3个方面对两组教学模式在临床教学中的实施效果进行评价。结果观察组出科护生的临床沟通能力、住院患者对护生的满意度和考核成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展SBAR模式教学有助于培养护生的临床沟通能力,提高护生在临床实践中分析问题及解决问题的能力。 Objective To explore the effects of situation,background,assessment and recommendation(SBAR)model on communication skills and clinical practice abilities in nursing clinical teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology Department so as to provide a basis for perfecting clinical nursing practice.Methods By convenience sampling,this study selected 31 intern nursing students in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Xuanwu Hospital,Capital Medical University from June 2017 to December 2017 in control group and 30 intern nursing students from June to December 2018 in observation group.Control group carried out the one-to-one teaching based on nursing intern outline of Obstetrics and Gynecology Department,especially paid attention to theoretical and skill training for intern nursing students.On the basis of that,observation group implemented clinical teaching with the SBAR model.The effects of teaching models of two groups in clinical teaching were evaluated with the score of clinical communication competence scale,inpatient satisfaction with nursing students and clinical practice performance.Results The clinical communication competence,inpatient satisfaction with nursing students and examination scores of nursing students in observation group after-department were higher than those in control group with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusions SBAR model teaching is conducive to cultivating nursing students'clinical communication competence,improving their abilities to analyzing and solving problems in clinical practice.
