摘要
目的以传统中医药理论为指导,以临床疗效为评价指标,运用四逆散加减汤治疗心身性皮肤病,对于探讨心身性皮肤病的治疗提供可行的方案。方法选取2017年7月~2018年7月在我院皮肤科门诊及住院部就诊的皮肤病伴肝郁脾虚证患者60例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。观察组使用四逆散加减方进行治疗,对照组使用常规治疗方案。对两组患者治疗2周后疗效进行评估与分析。结果治疗结束后,观察组最终的治疗有效率为90.00%,对照组的仅为63.33%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组药物不良反应发生率和对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论四逆散加减汤可以有效改善皮肤病伴肝郁脾虚患者的临床症状,能够帮助患者获得更有效的治疗。
Objective Guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and taking the clinical efficacy as the evaluation index, the treatment of psychosomatic dermatosis by Sinisan Jiajian decoction provides a feasible regimen for discussing the treatment of psychosomatic dermatosis. Methods 60 patients with dermatosis with liver depression and spleen deficiency who were treated at the Outpatient Department of Dermatology and Inpatient Department of our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the study subjects, and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The observation group was treated with Sinisan Jiajian decoction, while the control group was treated with conventional therapeutic regimen. The two groups of patients were evaluated and analyzed for efficacy after 2 weeks of treatment. Results After treatment, the final response rate was 90.00% in the observation group, while only 63.33% in the control group. The difference in results was statistically significant(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the observation group and the control group(P > 0.05). Conclusion Sinisan Jiajian decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with dermatosis with liver depression and spleen deficiency, and can help patients to get more effective treatment.
