摘要
吴鞠通提出的三焦辨证在明确温病病变部位、阐释温病发展特点、指导临床选方用药等方面有重要的意义。三焦失畅与多种皮肤病有密切关系,通过梳理三焦辨证的源流、三焦辨证的应用及其与皮肤病的关系,明确三焦辨证在皮肤病诊疗中的价值,深入发掘深层次内涵,指导皮肤病临床诊疗。
WU Ju-tong put forward that syndrome differentiation of triple energizeries has great significance in identifying the lesion location in epidemic febrile disease,elucidating morbidity characteristic of epidemic febrile disease and guiding clinical medication,etc.Triple energizeries obstructing is related to various dermatosis.Identify the value of syndrome differentiation of triple energizeries in diagnosis and treatment in dermatology and dig deeper to deep connotation,by analyzing the origin of syndrome differentiation of triple energizeries,applying syndrome differentiation of triple energizeries to diseases,and the relation between syndrome differentia- tion of triple energizeries and dermatosis,and hoping to guide the treatment of dermatosis.
