摘要
面对2019新型冠状病毒肺炎造成的大规模疫情,教育部发布了延期开学通知。为紧急应对全国学生即将面临的“在家待学”困境,该研究针对变教学组织结构从共位集中式为异位散布式学习的难题,提出将全媒体学习生态环境作为问题解方:利用实时通讯媒体构建虚拟教室,利用认知交互媒体构建个人学习空间,利用学习资源媒体联通这两个学习环境。在此基础上,研究进一步详实论述了此解方的三种应用模式:直接教学、自主学习、翻转学习。最后,研究从平台服务准入机制、过程评估监督机制、经费保障机制、各级协调机制四方面解读了实施上述解方的政策保障机制。希冀能为制订“停课不停教、不停学”紧急预案献计献策。
Facing the large-scale epidemic caused by new coronavirus at the end of 2019,the Ministry of Education of P.R.China issued a notification of postponing the date of schooling.This makes students all over China be about to face the dilemma of“waiting to learn at home”.To deal with this dilemma urgently,this study proposed omnimedia learning ecological environments as the solution to solve the problem of changing the organizational structure of teaching from co-location centralized learning to differentlocation scattered learning.These ecological environments involve three optional strategies.They are constructing a virtual classroom by using real-time messaging media,constructing a personal learning space by using cognitive interactive media,and connecting these two learning environments by using learning resources media.On this basis,this study further elaborated three application modes of the proposed solution:direct instruction,blended learning and flipped learning.At last,this study analyzed the policy guarantee mechanisms of implementing the above solution from four aspects:platform service access mechanism,process evaluation and supervision mechanism,fund guarantee mechanism and all department coordination mechanism.It is hoped that these outcomes can contribute to the formulation of an emergency plan for keeping teaching and learning at home in this large-scale epidemic.
