摘要
目的:在传统医药领域总结中医药防治化疗后骨髓抑制的临床研究现状。方法:计算机以“中医”“中医药”“化疗后骨髓抑制”“骨髓抑制”等作为关键词,检索近十年国内外相关文献。结果:通过归纳总结,按照中医理论“理法方药”背景,阐述本病的中医药诊疗进展,以循证医学为指导,总结中医药对抗化疗后骨髓抑制的研究现状。结论:中医药手段对抗化疗后骨髓抑制有很好的临床效果,较少的不良反应,疗效确切,但是临床辨证及具体施药有较大差异;本病临床研究文献缺乏严谨的随机对照试验报告,现有的系统评价结果需要辨证看待,暂不能提供更高级别的循证医学证据。
Objective:To summarize the clinical research status of TCM medicine in preventing and treating bone marrow depression after chemotherapy.Methods:“Chinese medicine”“bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy”and“bone marrow suppression”were selected as the keywords to retrieve the relevant literatures at home and abroad in the past ten years.Results:According to TCM theory,the progress of diagnosis and treatment of this disease was elaborated.The research status of TCM medicine for improving bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy was summarized according to evidence-based medicine.Conclusion:TCM medicine has a good clinical effect on anti-bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy,with fewer adverse reactions and definite curative effects.But there are great differences in clinical differentiation and specific application of drugs.There is a lack of rigorous randomized controlled trial reports in the clinical research literature of this disease,and the existing systematic evaluation results need to be treated differently,and can not provide more information for the time being,high-level evidence-based medical evidence.
