摘要
目的观察健脾补血方对化疗药物引起骨髓抑制的影响,探讨健脾补血方对化疗药物诱导骨髓抑制的改善作用。方法临床研究中观察健脾补血方对肺癌化疗患者不同时间点的白细胞减少症状分级及血液中血细胞的影响。动物实验将C57/BL6小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性药物组和中药高、中、低剂量组。除正常组,其他组小鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺200 mg/kg10天,每天1次,中药组连续灌胃12天;阳性药物组腹腔注射重组集落刺激因子12天,末次给药后禁食24小时,检测血液细胞数。结果临床研究发现治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为73.3%(P <0.05);疗效分布有明显差异(P <0.05)。化疗第8天时治疗组的血液细胞数较对照组显著升高(P <0.05)。实验研究发现模型组的红细胞、白细胞、血小板、中性粒细胞数均明显下降(P <0.01)。与模型组比较,阳性药物组和中药组的外周血中红细胞、白细胞、血小板、中性粒细胞数显著上升(P <0.05)。结论健脾补血方能改善肺癌患者化疗引起的白细胞减少症状,减少化疗药物引起的骨髓抑制,改善造血功能。
Objective:To observe the effect of Jianpi Buxue Recipe(JBP)on bone marrow suppression induced by chemotherapeutic drugs.Methods:Clinical study was conducted to observe the effects of JBP on leukopenia symptoms and blood cells in lung cancer patients at different time points.In animal experiment,C57/BL6 mice were randomly divided into normal group,model group,positive drug group,and high-,medium-and lowdose JBP groups.Except for the normal group,the mice in other groups were intraperitoneally injected with cyclophosphamide 200 mg/kg for 10 days,once a day.And then,the mice in JBP groups were given gastric gavage with JBP,and mice in positive drug group were intraperitoneally injected with recombinant colony stimulating factor for 12 continuous days.After the last administration,the mice were given fasting for 24 hours and then the count of blood cells was carried out.Results:The results of clinical study showed that the total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.7%and that in in the control group was 73.3%,the difference being significant(P<0.05);on the 8 th day of chemotherapy,the count of blood cells in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results of experimental study showed that the count of red blood cells,white blood cells,platelets and neutrophils in the model group was decreased significantly(P<0.01 compared with that in the normal group);compared with the model group,the count of red blood cells,white blood cells,platelets and neutrophils in the peripheral blood of positive drug group and JBP groups was increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:JBP can relieve the symptoms of leukopenia caused by chemotherapy in lung cancer patients,relieve bone marrow suppression caused by chemotherapy drugs,and improve hematopoietic function.
