摘要
目的:研究平衡针联合梅花针叩刺减压治疗颈肩腰腿痛的疗效及对运动功能的影响。方法:选取颈肩腰腿痛患者180例根据随机数字法分成两组各90例。对照组患者进行梅花针叩刺减压治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用平衡针进行治疗,两组患者均持续治疗3个月。对比两组患者治疗后临床疗效、VAS评分和肢体功能评分。结果:经过治疗后,治疗组总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组VAS评分显著下降(P<0.05),治疗组降低较多(P<0.05);两组Fugl-Meyer评分和MBI评分显著升高(P<0.05);治疗组Fugl-Meyer评分和MBI评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良事件发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用平衡针联合梅花针叩刺减压用于治疗颈肩腰腿痛具有较好的临床疗效。
Objective:To study the effect of balance needle combined with plum needle tapping decompression and the influence of motor function.Methods:180 patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain were selected and divided into two groups of 90 patients according to the random number method.Patients in the control group were treated with plum-blossom needle tapping and decompression therapy,and patients in the treatment group were treated with balance needle on the basis of the control group.Patients in both groups received continuous treatment for 3 menstrual cycles.The clinical efficacy,VAS score and limb function score were compared between the two groups.Results:after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).VAS scores in the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05).The VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower(P<0.05),Fugl-meyer score and MBI score of the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).the fugl-meyer score and MBI score of the treatment group were significantly higher(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:balance needle combined with plum-blossom needle tapping decompression for the treatment of neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain,clinical efficacy is good.
