摘要
目的分析平衡针灸联合康复训练治疗颈肩腰腿痛的临床应用效果。方法选择该院2018年3月—2020年3月收治的100例颈肩腰腿痛患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组(50例,实施平衡针灸治疗)及观察组(50例,实施平衡针灸联合康复训练治疗),对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为88.00%,高于对照组患者的72.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的VAS评分低于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的Lysholm评分及Neer评分均高于对照组患者,腰椎间盘突出病症评分低于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论平衡针灸联合康复训练在颈肩腰腿痛疾病中的疗效确切,可以有效缓解患者的疼痛感,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of balance acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training on neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain.Methods 100 patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain who were admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into the control group(50 cases,balance acupuncture treatment)and the observation group(50 cases,balance acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training treatment).The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 88.00%,which was higher than 72.00%in the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Lysholm score and Neer score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the lumbar disc herniation score of the observation was lower than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Balance acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training is effective in treating neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain.It can effectively relieve the pain of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
