摘要
从中长期视角看,风电接纳导致传统火电发电商的利用小时数下降。为了实现风电和火电的协调优化,本文建立了考虑火电发电商利用小时数约束的含风电电力系统中长期发电计划模型。在电力系统物理约束条件下,研究了系统中发电商利用小时数约束对风电接纳量和系统发电总成本的影响,并且研究了不同的风电预测误差、发电商数目以及负荷增量产生的影响。算例仿真结果表明,不同的发电商最小利用小时数对风电电量接纳的影响最大,风电预测误差准确度和系统中发电商的数量对风电接纳也有影响,而当系统中负荷较大时,因为系统备用容量等技术约束,导致无法通过持续下降火电利用小时数来接纳更多的风电电量。
From a medium-and long-term perspective,wind power acceptance has led to a decline in the number of utilization hours of the traditional thermal power suppliers.To realize the coordinated optimization of wind and thermal powers,a medium-and long-term power generation plan model for a wind power system is established in this paper with constraints on the number of utilization hours of thermal power suppliers.Under the physical constrains on the power system,the influences of different utilization hours on the wind power acceptance capacity and the system’s total cost of power generation are studied.In addition,the impacts of different wind power forecasting errors,different numbers of power suppliers,and different load growths are studied.The simulation results of a numerical example show that the minimum utilization hours of different power suppliers have the greatest impact on the wind power acceptance capacity,and the accuracy of wind power forecasting errors and the number of power suppliers in the system also affect the wind power acceptance capacity;when the load is large,it is impossible to accept more wind power by continuously reducing the number of thermal power utilization hours because of technical constraints such as system reserve capacity.
