摘要
为全面了解广东省住院医师规范化培训(住培)神经外科专业基地运行现状及存在问题,广东省医师协会神经外科分会抽取省内学术、医疗水平较高的神经外科专家及教学管理人员组成督导组,制定统一的评判标准,以培训质量为重点,对广东省内非专培基地的28家神经外科专业基地进行督导。结果发现:合格(总分≥85分且核心指标不达标≤3项)5家,基本合格(75分≤总分值<85分且核心指标不达标≤6项)15家,建议整改(60分≤总分值<75分或核心指标不达标>6项)8家。此次督导活动充分挖掘非专业化督导较难发现的深层次问题,体现了由本专业专家进行督导模式所具有的明显优势,有利于实现同质化的神经外科住院医师规范化培训。
This article aimed to comprehensively understand the current status and existing problems of standardized residency training in neurosurgery professional bases in Guangdong province.Neurosurgical experts of high acadenic and medical levels and teaching management personnel were selected from the Neurosurgery Branch of Guangdong Provincial Physician Association to form expert supervision group.With emphasis on training quality,those experts set a unified evaluation standard and supervised 28 non-specialized professional bases for standardized residency training in neurosurgery in Guangdong province.The results showed that 5 bases were qualified(total score 85,and substandard core index items≤3);15 bases were basic qualified(75≤total score<85,and substandard core index items≤6);8 bases were suggested rectification(60≤total score<75,or substandard core index items>6).Those deep-seated problems that are difficult to find by non-specialized supervision are fully exposed and explored via these professional supervision activities.The professional supervision activities also show obvious advantages in neurosurgety professional expert supervision model,which is beneficial for homogeneous standardized residency training of neurosurgety.
