摘要自20世纪90年代以来,我国传统村落保护利用研究围绕内涵、保护、活化、旅游等主题取得了丰硕成果。本研究在反思现有成果的基础上,认为传统村落以“三农”为本质属性,具有时间久远性、发展延续性、文化系统性、状态动态性、价值多重性和类型复杂性等特点;传统村落保护应坚持历史性、现代性、发展性、整体性、主题性、以人为本等原则,贯彻整体保护理念,合理利用多种方式,探索实效性路径,引导多主体参与,突出内容的综合性;传统村落活化应构建以村民为中心的整体活化体系;传统村落旅游应坚持可持续发展原则,探索更具实效性的对策,构建差异化发展模式,鼓励多主体协同开发,关注村民的旅游感知。未来的传统村落保护利用研究可以从微观视角深入剖析具体村落的形成机理和保护经验,将村落置于广阔的区域文化生态中作整体分析,重视农耕文化挖掘利用、村民主体作用及实现路径、村民文化自觉与文化自信、村落文化创意产业等领域的研究。 Since the 1990s,research on the protection and utilization of traditional villages in China has achieved fruitful results on themes of connotation,protection,activation,and tourism,etc..On the basis of reflecting on the existing achievements,this article holds that the traditional villages take“farming,farming area and farmers”as their essential attributes,and have the characteristics of long duration,continuity of development,cultural system,dynamic state,multiple values,and complex types.The protection of traditional villages should adhere to the principles of historicity,modernity,development,integrity,theme,people-orientedness,etc.,implement the concept of overall protection,make reasonable use of various methods,explore practical paths,guide the participation of multiple subjects,and highlight the comprehensiveness of content.The overall activation system of traditional village should be constructed with its center on villagers;traditional village tourism should adhere to sustainable development,explore more effective countermeasures,construct a differentiated development model,encourage multi-agent collaborative development,and pay attention to villagers’tourism perception.In the future,research on the protection and utilization of traditional villages should be in-depth analysis of the formation mechanism and protection experience of specific villages from a micro perspective,making an holistic analysis of villages in a broad regional cultural ecology with emphasis on the excavation and utilization of agricultural culture,the role of village and its realization path,villagers’cultural consciousness and cultural confidence,village cultural creative industry,etc..
